Can a government cheque be endorsed for someone else to cash? Since it’s government then the bank or cheque cashing store won’t need to worry about the funds being there because it’s government issued no? For example I did a job for a friend she didn’t have cash so she wanted to pay me by giving me a old GST cheque she got from the government but never cashed …she was going to sign the back and get me to sign too ..
