Apart from the welcome bonus, cardholders also earn Miles that they can redeem for travel with Alaska Airlines. As a result of this, each cardholder earns 1 Mile for every One Canadian dollar (1 CAD) spent on eligible purchases. There are equally an additional 2 Miles earned on all eligible Alaska Airline purchases, bringing the total mileage rewards to 3 Miles.

Eligibility

The Alaska Airline World Elite MasterCard is available to Canadians who are of the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. A potential cardholder must also have a personal annual income higher than 80 thousand Canadian dollars (80,000+ CAD) or an annual household income exceeding 150 thousand Canadian dollars (150,000+ CAD).

Alaska Airlines Platinum Plus MasterCard

This MasterCard is suitable for travelers who want to earn Alaska Airlines perks and rewards. Unlike the World Elite MasterCard, the platinum plus has a lower income requirement; hence, it is a reasonable alternative.
